I was raised in cold, snowy Wisconsin where I learned to love the change of seasons.  I am a lover of flowers, a good book and everything pretty!  Unlike Meg, I prefer lemons to limes although I won’t ever turn down a good piece of key lime pie.  Despite being married to a boy from Idaho I DO NOT like potatoes!

I have been married to that Idaho boy for 28 years and am the mother of three young adults and one teenager.  I have discovered that one of the best parts about being a parent is watching, observing and discovering what your children will be when they grow up! 

I have run a home based business for 19 years and feel passionate about creating and preserving family memories through pictures, good food and happy times on a daily basis!  I am easily bored so am always on the lookout for something new to try or place go!  I am lucky enough to live in Oregon where there are so many places and things to explore!  I can’t wait to share them with you.

Meg

I was raised on warm California sunshine as the oldest of three.  I am a lover of country music, seat warmers and old movies.  I prefer limeade to lemon and I HATE spiders!  In all my school yearbooks you’ll find the adage, “you’re sweet, don’t ever change.” While trite, it’s true.

I met and married the love of my life in 2002 as poor, struggling college students. We graduated together in 2004 and moved to Oregon. I am fortunate to be living my dream of being a stay at home mom, as well as an artist/business owner.  I get to spend most of my time with my two favorite people in the world, a thoughtful blond headed little boy and his sassy little sissy exploring the Great North West and sharing some of those adventures with you!
